直流电机磁极绕组断线原因及改进措施

1.电机冲击振动大,加强电机支承的弹性,减小线路动力冲击的影响。
2.硬链接的极间连线折断,改用编织软连线或电缆连线,用蚂蟥钉和扣牢连线,以减小运行时连线上的动力。
3.螺栓连接口处铜带折断,线圈引出端头与末匝固定处一段铜带用双层,加强该处机械稳定性。
4.连接螺栓松动,可加弹簧垫或其他制动线圈,螺栓不宜<m8,中大型牵引电机可用两只螺栓紧固。
5.螺栓连接处漆膜未刮净或表面氧化,可将砂光导电接触表面后重新拧紧螺栓并包绝缘。
6.铜带连接处焊接不良引起断裂,需重焊或更换线圈。
