this series of motors are specially equipped for the spinning frame controlled by frequency conversion. they are fully enclosed, self fan cooled and easy to inject oil. they are suitable for all kinds of textile machinery such as cotton, wool, hemp and silk. they can work reliably in the environment with much dust, short fiber and high temperature and humidity. the frequency conversion range is 5hz ~ 100hz, and the rated frequency is 50hz. constant torque speed regulation when operating at 5hz ~ 50hz; constant power speed regulation during 50hz ~ 100hz operation. the motor has the advantages of low temperature rise, small volume, low noise and strong anti cotton blocking ability. it is equipped with front and rear bearing oil filling devices without shutdown, which can effectively improve the service life of the bearing.
